Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order from The Country Print Co. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please do not return a damaged or faulty item unless we ask you to do so.

Change of Mind – Physical Prints

For eligible physical products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please contact us within this 14-day period if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been delivered, the item must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Personalised Products

Products that are personalised or made specifically to your requirements cannot normally be returned or refunded for a change of mind.

If a personalised item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will put it right.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds are not normally available once you have agreed to immediate delivery of the digital content and the download has begun.
